As a Delaware ADR Professional Neutral, Vice Chancellor Glasscock brings a commonsense approach to complex legal issues. Vice Chancellor Glasscock employs his vast subject matter expertise in private arbitration, including appointments by the Court of Chancery and expedited proceedings pursuant to the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act. He is also available to co-mediate disputes with other Delaware ADR Professional Neutrals, acting as a neutral subject matter expert on discrete issues.  In appropriate cases, this co-mediation approach promotes principled negotiation by allowing for more robust discussion of litigation risks and informed assessments of parties’ positions.
