Tracey Timlin

Tracey Timlin has extensive litigation experience in both the state and federal courts in Delaware, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court. Before joining Delaware ADR, Tracey worked in private practice at an AM Law 100 firm and a prominent Delaware law firm. Prior to entering private practice, Tracey served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Andrea L. Rocanelli of the Delaware Superior Court.

Tracey earned her law degree, cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law at the Pennsylvania State University, where she was a Managing Editor of the Arbitration Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Towson University.
