As a corporate litigation associate at leading Wilmington firms, Elizabeth regularly worked with boards of directors, special committees, and senior executives in litigation and internal investigations. Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics from Rutgers University.
