Vanessa Polk

Vanessa Polk graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University in May 2025, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies in just three years. In her fourth and final year at Pepperdine Vanessa enrolled in the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Straus Institute, to pursue a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution where she gained significant insight into the practices of negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. 

Outside of academics, Vanessa also competed as a division I athlete on the Pepperdine Women’s Volleyball team. She served as captain her senior year and her experience on the team fostered her skills in conflict resolution, teamwork, and time management. Vanessa is exceptionally organized, a fast-learner, and a dedicated and proactive problem solver that brings a unique skill set and perspective to our team. Having worked in several different roles both within the legal industry and outside of it, Vanessa’s excellent communication skills and wealth of knowledge make her an excellent addition to our team.
