Staff Attorney
Stephanie H. Dallaire, Esquire
Before joining Delaware ADR, Stephanie Dallaire focused her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She has represented individuals and companies in litigation involving contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, disputes involving alternative entities, and statutory proceedings under Delaware’s General Corporation Law. As an experienced former litigator, Stephanie developed a solid understanding of how litigation impacts the parties and the importance of alternative dispute resolution as an option for litigants.
Prior to entering private practice, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court. While obtaining her law degree from Widener University's Delaware Law School, Stephanie interned for the then-Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court Myron T. Steele and for Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery. During her last year of law school, Stephanie was selected to serve as an Articles Editor on the editorial board of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College and studied at the London School of Economics.
