Robin Moody, Esquire

Robin Moody brings over 15 years of litigation experience to her role as a Staff Attorney at Delaware ADR.  Prior to joining Delaware ADR, Robin represented clients in many different practice areas including commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, environmental law, and medical malpractice. In this capacity, Robin advocated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Robin primarily handled matters in the Delaware Superior Court and was involved in the representation of clients in matters on appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court. As a litigator, Robin recognized the importance of alternative dispute resolution as a tool to assist her clients in achieving a desirable outcome. 

Robin served as a committee member for the Delaware Trial Lawyer’s Association and has assisted as a pro bono attorney in Delaware Family Court. Robin is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Robin received her J.D. from Delaware Law School and her B.A. from Denison University.
