Kali Swoyer, Esquire

Delaware ADR’s longest-serving Staff Attorney, Kali Swoyer, first developed her legal skills as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Calvin L. Scott, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court and as a civil litigator. In private practice, Kali maintained an extensive deposition and dispositive motion practice. She now draws upon her experience with strategic decisions and liability analysis to deliver substantive case evaluations and to assist with management, hearing, and resolution of arbitration proceedings.  

Kali attended University of Delaware and Delaware Law School, graduating with a Certificate of Achievement in Business Organizations and Pro Bono Distinction.
