Johanna (Hanna) Peuscher-Funk, Esquire

Hanna Peuscher-Funk brings to Delaware ADR extensive experience from the Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, and private practice with two national corporate law firms. Hanna clerked with several of Delaware’s finest jurists, including as a fellow to Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland, as an intern for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III, and as a law clerk to Vice Chancellor Joseph Slights. In addition, as an associate in private practice, Hanna worked closely with Vice Chancellor Lori Will before her elevation to the bench on the Court of Chancery.

In private practice, Hanna represented clients and advised company boards in a variety of corporate and commercial disputes, and her keen ability to analyze and effectively brief legal issues made her a sought-after member of legal teams.

Prior to law school and later in private practice, Hanna volunteered as a pro bono mediator with the Center for Community Justice and the Justice of the Peace Court. 

Hanna came to Delaware as an exchange student during her teenage years and has made Delaware her home, including graduating summa cum laude from Delaware Law School.  She is fluent in German.
