Janine Faben, Esquire

Janine Faben has a deep understanding of the demands of litigation and the need for flexible and inventive solutions, honed through more than 15 years of experience.  Janine clerked for the Honorable Peggy L. Ableman of the Delaware Superior Court before entering private practice in Delaware.  As a litigator, Janine developed a diverse practice representing clients in complex commercial, product liability, employment, environmental, and insurance coverage matters.  Clients and colleagues valued her analytical abilities and writing skills, making her a “go to” attorney for developing case strategy and briefing to address novel or complex issues.  Janine also has experience applying legal project management principles to plan, litigate, and resolve cases efficiently and effectively.

Janine graduated summa cum laude from Widener University’s Delaware Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Review.
