Chris Damon

Chris Damon manages Delaware ADR’s Practice Management team, using his prior experience as a practitioner and Delaware ADR Staff Attorney to shape Delaware ADR’s case intake and management processes and ensure exemplary service in their implementation.  Chris’s years of experience analyzing cases for the Professional Neutrals mean that he fully understands both the substantive and procedural frameworks needed to successfully resolve cases via ADR. 

Prior to joining Delaware ADR, Chris worked at a major Delaware law firm in their Transactions and Corporate Counseling group. In private practice, Chris developed excellent legal skills through extensive special committee counseling and document drafting practices. 

Chris attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and The University of Southern California Gould’s School of Law. Chris is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Chris is also an Associate Member of the Delaware State Bar Association.
