Practice Management Counsel
Chris Damon manages Delaware ADR’s Practice Management team, using his prior experience as a practitioner and Delaware ADR Staff Attorney to shape Delaware ADR’s case intake and management processes and ensure exemplary service in their implementation.  Chris’s years of experience analyzing cases for the Professional Neutrals mean that he fully understands both the substantive and procedural frameworks needed to successfully resolve cases via ADR. 

Administrative Professional
Anca Bosa is a dedicated administrative professional with experience in case management and case processing for the Delaware Justice of the Peace Court, where she supported judicial operations with precision and a strong commitment to public service.

Practice Assistant
Luke Fahey is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in Political Science, specializing in Public Policy, and a minor in Spanish. He is passionate about writing, communication, and the development and analysis of political systems. Luke brings a unique perspective shaped by his educational experiences in English and Political Science across multiple countries.

Paralegal
Michelle Mills has a decade of experience managing complex civil litigation. She is a Delaware Certified Paralegal and a graduate of Wilmington University with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. Michelle brings her strong organizational and interpersonal skills to Delaware ADR, as well as her efficiency in multitasking.

Michelle’s community service includes acting as a member of the Wilmington University Legal Studies Board. She also serves as a guest speaker to students in the Legal Studies program.

Assistant Paralegal
Sarah Ogden graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech in May of 2025, earning a dual degree in Political Science and Arabic with a minor in Middle East Studies. Sarah was born in Cairo, Egypt, and lived there for ten years before moving to Naples, Florida, with her family in 2013. She is fluent in Egyptian-Arabic and proficient in the Levantine and formal dialects.  

Practice Management
Victoria Sines is a Practice Assistant with Delaware ADR and a full-time law student. She brings extensive experience in court operations, case management, and judicial support from her service within the Delaware Court system, where she held multiple roles.  Her background in legal administration, client relations, and organizational operations enables her to effectively support complex matters while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and service.

Director of Business Operations
Kristin Dangello is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the Delaware judicial system. Kristin has an extensive command of judicial procedures and practices across all Delaware courts. Kristin’s outstanding organizational skills and administrative management expertise ensure an efficient process, even for the most expedited matters.

Controller
As an experienced Controller, Monica Trout brings more than twenty years of expertise in accounting and financial management to Delaware ADR.  A licensed CPA in Delaware and Ohio, Monica has worked in a variety of industries, with the latter part of her career focusing on the professional services sector. Drawing on her strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, Monica enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and developing insights to make informed, forward-thinking decisions.
